Tumis Daging Bumbu Kemiri
Bahan :
500 gr Daging Flap Meat
40 gr Kemiri
30 gr Bawang Putih
40 gr Bawang Merah
75 gr Kacang Mede
150 gr Daun Bawang
30 gr Lada Hitam
1 gr Garam
20 gr Cabe Kering
1 sdm Kecap Asin
150 ml Olive Oil
20 gr Gula Jawa
Cara Membuat :
1. Haluskan bumbu bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, kemudian tumis.
2. Tambahkan lada hitam lalu angkat dan sisihkan.
3. Iris tipis daging kemudian beri kecap asin dan gula jawa lalu tumis.
4. Tambahkan irisian bawang putih dan bumbu yang ditumis tadi, masak hingga matang. Kemudian angkat lalu tambahkan kacang mede, daun bawang dan cabe kering di dalam piring.
5. Hidangkan panas
