Dundee Cake Recipe
Bahan:
250 gram mentega
5 butir telur
200 gram gula pasir
1 sendok teh kulit jerik lemon parut
300 gram tepung terigu
300 gram buah kering campur
200 gram ceri merah dan hijau dipotong-potong
100 gram almon, diseduh sebentar.
Cara Membuat:
1. Kocok gula dan margarine hingga lembut
2. Tambahkan telur satu per satu sambil dikocok hingga lembut.
3. Masukkan tepung terigu sambil diayak dan diaduk rata.
4. Masukkan kulit jeruk dan buah kering, aduk rata.
5. Tuang ke dalam loyang bulat 22 cm yang sudah diolesi margarine dan dialasi kertas roti.
6. Hias dengan almond utuh memenuhi permukaan atas kue.
7. Oven selama 50 menit dengan suhu 169 derajat Celcius.
Tip:
Buah kering dapat direndam dulu dalam rhum supaya kue jadi harum. Perendaman cukup dilakukan 1 -2 jam. Bila tak suka rhum, gunakan sari buah.
