Two Men Catch Baby from a 30-ft Fall

Alex Day helped catch the 18-month old baby from a 30-ft fall.

Two men were praised by Lawrence Police on Sunday for having saved an 18-month old baby girl who had fallen from a 30-ft triple decker apartment. Alex Day, 23 and Robert Lemire, 45, were lucky enough to catch the infant.

The reason behind the incident was unclear. But the child's father, Randall Clark, said that he was watching over his other 2-month old child in the other room when the incident happened. Police are still investigating further on the case.

The baby, Caliah Clark, was sent to a nearby hospital, but amazingly, she was okay without even a single broken bone.

The baby fell from the third floor window of this three decker home.
