2010 Straight Bangs Haircuts
Bangs are as popular in 2010 as they were in 2009, possibly even more so. Bangs are great ways to change your style or even to make a statement. Straight hairstyles look wonderful with bangs, and there are a wide variety to choose from. Make sure that you talk to your stylist so that you can find the hairstyle that will suit you best. Some people look better with very short, blunt bangs while others need long, wispy straight bangs. Bold bangs are the statement of the year for 2010. Straight hairstyles may have bangs that are flat and straight, or that are straight but swept to the side. For example, some of the newer pixie cuts are longer, cut in layers, and feature a razored fringe that helps to add volume and style; this keeps your pixie cut from being flat looking in the front.
A great medium length straight hairstyle is the medium bob. This style is a basic or angled bob that is cut to medium length, instead of to the nape of the neck. Long straight bangs that either come over one eye or are pinned back are perfect for these styles. You can always wear your hair in straight layers with your bangs pushed to one side, or even grow your bangs out so that they are the same length as the rest of your hair and will allow you to easily frame your face.
