"Bernie in Hell" - this is the name of the hottest habanero hot sauce being sold by the New York City artist Alex Gardega. This specialty sauce is dedicated to the disgraced mogul and Wall Street financier Bernard Madoff.Gardega is selling the hellishly hot sauce for $10 dollars, but he strongly warn people not to put the condiment on food. Obviously because it can literally make you feel burning in hell. He also strongly stress that he is not selling the hot sauce per se, but he is selling the statement. Gardega say's he is only making a statement about Madoff, who was accused of bilking investors out of $50 billion.
The text on the bottle reads: "You can take the money but can you take...the heat?.
