Another Black and White Twins!

If you have been following my blog, then you most likely have stumbled upon my post about an amazing case of black and white twin girls from UK. Well, that odd case doesn't stop there. If you think that this rare case could only happen to 1 among 1,000,000 births and would oddly happen to the same couple twice, you're wrong! Would you believe that a mixed-race British couple has defied the odds by producing two sets of black and white twins? Yes, Dean Durrant 33 and Alison Spooner 27, proved that their case is just incredibly extraordinary.

The couple's first set of twin black and white girls named Lauren and Hayleigh were born in 2001. They have strikingly different skin tones and eye colors. And comes another set of twin black and white girls in November 2008 who were named Miya and Leah. Miya has dark skin like her father and Leah has fair skin, blue eyes, and red hair liker her mother. What is more amazing about these births is that, both set of twins are fraternal rather than identical. Meaning, they are the product of two separate fertilized eggs. This is what makes each twin unique and doesn't look alike.

Although scientist say that it is rare for couples to produce two sets of twins and even rarer for them to have such different appearances, it can be said that this case is truly record breaking!
