Ayam Hitam Manis



Bahan :
6 potong paha ayam bagian bawah
Minyak secukupnya, untuk menggoreng

Bumbu perendam, aduk rata :
1/2 sdt kecap asin kental
1/2 sdt kecap asin cair
1/4 sdt gula pasir

Saus :
3 sdm minyak, untuk menumis
1 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya, iris tipis
1 sdt jahe muda, cincang halus
1 batang daun ketumbar, iris tipis
250 ml kaldu ayam
3 sdm kecap manis

Cara Membuat :
1) Bumbui paha ayam dengan bumbu perendam sambil diaduk rata. Sisihkan 30 menit agar bumbu meresap.
2) Kukus ayam selama 20 menit. Angkat, tiriskan. Goreng ayam sebentar. Angkat, tiriskan.
3) Panaskan minyak, masukkan serai, jahe, daun ketumbar, dan daun bawang sampai harum kemudian masukkan kaldu ayam.
4) Tambahkan kecap manis, masak sampai kental kemudian masukkan ayam goreng sambil diaduk-aduk hingga cairan mengering. Angkat.
5) Sajikan.

The Kingdom of Bhutan (IPA: /buˈtɑːn/) is a landlocked nation in South Asia. It is located amid the eastern end of the Himalaya Mountains and is bordered to the south, east and west by India and to the north by the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People's Republic of China. As you can see, almost all their banknote has a thunder dragon and their temple and monestary.



Paro Dzong building on the reverse of 10 ngultrum is a government building that serves as civil administrative center and as a monastic home for a community of monks. It is Best known for the filming of the film "Little Buddha". It was originally built in 1644.
