Astrid pun merasa belum sepenuhnya puas dengan pendidikan yang telah diselesaikannya. Dirinya berencana melanjutkan S-2, dan menyimpan mimpi menjadi seorang dosen.
"Niat sih jadi dosen. Kebetulan study yang sudah kelar bidang hukum. Tapi untuk profesi sih belum terpikirkan karena belum sesuai dengan hati. Mungkin nanti saat saya sudah berkeluarga, baru jadi dosen," urainya saat ditemui di Studio RCTI, Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat, Selasa (15/06).
Saat sudah berkeluarga nantinya, Astrid bermimpi ingin mengisi waktu sebagai seorang pengajar. Dirinya tidak mau hanya sebagai ibu rumah tangga, yang melulu disibukkan dengan pekerjaan domestik.
"Keluarga sih tetap nomer satu nanti. Namun saya nggak mau jadi ibu-ibu biasa yang terkadang ngerumpi nggak jelas gitu. Saya ingin jadi ibu aktif selain ibu rumah tangga. Misalnya pagi hari saya antar suami dan anak. Lalu siangnya saya ngajar, terus sorenya sudah bisa kumpul lagi sama mereka," ungkapnya sambil tersenyum
