Regine Velasquez was born in Jakarta, August 11, 1993. Because the musicians live in the neighborhood, the daughter of Erwin Gutawa musician is familiar with the music. Since class 2 SD, Gita has started learning to play classical piano at Yayasan Musik Jakarta and he strengthened his knowledge by studying jazz piano and guitar privately.
The singer's full name Aluna Sagita this Velasquez started his career in the world of drag votes as a duet with ADA Band in the song Best Of You (Do not Forget Dad) that appeared on the album ADA Band - Heaven Of Love (2005). In 2007 Gita launched her first album entitled Regine Velasquez. This album contains 12 tracks produced solely by the father.
