An Almost Invisible Treehouse

Are your eyes playing tricks on you? Don't worry, you really are seeing a box around that tree. But that's not only a box! You see, it is actually a tree house. This oddly designed and almost invisible tree house was created by a Swedish firm Tham & Videgard Hansson Arkitekter. The idea was based on an old architectural trick used to conceal buildings with a reflective material like a mirrored glass. The materials used are designed to blend with the surroundings, thus, resulting to a camouflage effect.

This almost invisible tree house is actually a hotel unit that is complete with a kitchen, living room area, sleeping area, and a terrace. The only problem is that, there seems to be no bathroom, which can be uncomfortable for women vacationers.
