Everybody want to be a winner in this life.
Why did I said that?
Most of us work our arse out to earn for living and most of us couldn't get enough with what we own. This is the real fact. That why I can say all of us end up in the L I M O (LOW INCOME MORE OWINGS) Either you are in denial or not but this is the reality of life. Most of us want to be a winner and everybody want to have pride and be on top of the wheel. When we are at bottom of the wheel we will feel inferior, useless, hopeless and the feeling to kill ourself come automatically. We prefer to use easy way to run away from being a failure.
I dont know whether people out there agree with me if I said being on top to enjoy the glory is happiness but is not easy.
Being at the mid way to the top is no feeling.
Being on the way down is sadness.
To be at the bottom make you feel like dying.
When you are at bottom point or on the way down what should you do?
I suggest we face it and dont give up!
Just re think re strategise and re build. don't forget to put your face up and face whatever come.
Remember what we own will go back into the box!
So, moderate and comfortable life is enough.
We also need to balance up with our after earth life.
Earn more good deeds and hope this will hel you in next world.
We are human is our nature to be greed and never been enough.
always think of the less fortunate and you will feel bless!
Last week, I am a bit ambitious to coax my friend to drive me all the way to GM Wholesale centre. I am always interested in retail business. Yes! I know it is a competitive business.
After so many roundabout we finally found GM. Well, the car park was full and the place is divided with few pavillion. The retailer mostly selling ....mmmm whatelse if not CHINA products. It look like the very low end quality products.
They retailer look like almost dead!
Not that cheap I can say.
That was phase one of GM and I notice they are currently selling unit for Phase 2 and this one will be multi storey building. You imagine we need to pay toll and the location is damn far from city centre.
I hope the GM management or developer dont just sell the unit but also do more promotion to help their tenant. Maybe they are still new. Any way the location is in the middle of Botanic Klang is not so appropriate since that place is consider quite high end.
I give GM 5 star for the concept. 2 star for location. 2 star for promotion. 2 star for surrounding upkeep. You can see too many back lane food seller selling their food and it look dirty.
I still believe the best location for wholesaler hub should be at KL city centre area. Well .... I just can't wait for Kenanga Wholesale Centre to be opened!
Should have just take my friend proposal to visit mid valley for property exhibition..... aishhhhh all the way to klang but end up eat seafood at Damansara. So totally out!
